We have been in the garage doors industry more than 17 years. We have dealt with all brands, type, condition of doors and motors. We have worked around every tricky situation, difficult installation, garage doors with limited clearance etc. And now, we’re utilising our experience and expertise to help our Customers with our “Supply Only” option, to help you get it right.

From our experience, this is what we know…

  • An installer who charges dramatically cheaper is GENERALLY less experienced. Or a product which is dramatically cheaper in price, could be lower quality or does not offer sufficient service and support. There are exceptions to this statement, but this is generally the case
  • A “bad install” can still work, but issues will soon arise and cost more to fix. An incorrect installation can also void your warranty for door and motor.
  • A well installed door or motor will work for longer with no issues
  • Therefore, we recommend you choose a highly skilled, experienced installer
  • Or when buying DIY doors & motors, we recommend you deal with experienced people to help you avoid mistakes and problems in the future.

Family Owned Business

We are not a big organisation with franchisee or contractors, we are an Australian based, family owned business. When you call, you’re speaking to the owner of the business who will help you whole heartedly and who will deal with your service / purchase from beginning to end. And when there’s problems, call back or issues, you will again deal with the same person who will do everything to help to sort the issue quickly and to keep you happy.

And our installer is also the co-owner of the business who will put 100% into his installation, who will work around sticky situation, who will try his best to sort out every problem during installation and with any call back. So when you make a booking with us, we don’t send out a contractor, we will send out our main installer with “senior level” skills and experience.
